DESCRIPTION
The ATXR-440B is a
cost-effective ATX industrial controller with exceptional
expansion options, reliable design and easy upgradability.
It is an ideal drop-in replacement for applications
that require legacy device support and have lower processor
requirements.
The ATXR-440B features four (4) 32-bit PCI slots, three
(3) 16-bit ISA slots, two (2) USB 1.1 ports and two
(2) 40-pin ATA/33 EIDE connectors. The Intel® 440BX
AGPset supports three (3) on-board DIMM memory modules
for a total up to 768MB on-board.
Graphics expansion is provided by one (1) AGP 2x slot.
AGP improves graphic performance significantly over
a standard PCI slot.
The ATXR-440B also supports a single Disk-On-Chip, a
solid-state flash storage device. This device replaces
standard hard disks, which can be damaged in harsh conditions.
