The CP7101 PCI serial
interface provides one serial port configurable for RS-232,
RS-422, RS-485, or RS-530. The board is capable of data
rates to 460.8K bps and automatically handles RS-485 transmitter
enable/disable. The CP7101 utilizes a 16C550 UART that provides
16-byte Tx/Rx FIFOs. Ordering options allow the choice of
UARTs with larger FIFOs, support for custom baud rates,
and 9-bit protocols. Chassis Plans' SeaCOM software utilities
make installation and operation easy.
We include our Advanced COM drivers for Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/XP
providing IRQ sharing, Windows serial diagnostics, and other
enhanced features. Our Linux and QNX utilities are also
included to simplify installation.
